Parking
Scillonian Park and Ride (NOT SUITABLE FOR DAY TRIPS)
Parking at the Scillonian Park and Ride is a great and convenient way to start your holiday located in the grounds of Trereife House, it’s a 6 minute (1.7 mile) drive to Scillonian’s departure point.
We recommend you arrive at the Park and Ride 90 minutes prior to your scheduled sailing time.
Before coming to the Park and Ride please drop all your passengers, pets and luggage off at the quay (South Pier). If you have a trailer or kayak/s they must be dropped off at the time stated on your booking.
To reach the Park and Ride please follow these directions:
- Turn left off the quay (South Pier), onto Battery Road.
- Continue onto Western Promenade Road, at the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit – Alexandra Road
- At the roundabout the take the 1st exit (left) onto Alverton Road.
- At the next roundabout take the 1st exit (left) onto the A30, signposted, Land’s End.
- After 0.2 miles take the 1st turning on the right signposted ‘Trereife Park’ and a large blue Scillonian Park and Ride sign on the entrance.

For day trips on Scillonian, the public car parks in Penzance are ideal. The below are less than 800m (half a mile) from the quay.

Parking at Land’s End Airport
Land’s End Airport has plenty of parking for all passengers and is open to serve every Skybus departure and arrival. Our car parking system is operated and maintained by Armtrac Security Services and is controlled using two automatic number plate recognition cameras, located at the entrance/exit lanes to each of our two car parks.
PAY VIA JUST PARK
You can pay for your parking via JustPark online or through their app, which can be paid either in advance or on exit. Please note that if your car park stay is extended for any reason you will need to pay for any additional parking time – so paying on exit is advised.

PAY ON EXIT
You can pay for your parking using the car parking payment machines on exit.
You do not need a ticket, as the automatic number plate recognition cameras will log your car registration on arrival.
Simply enter your registration number into the machine when you are ready to leave, and the machine will calculate the amount due.
You can pay by card, and the payment machines are conveniently located opposite the baggage reclaim point and the entrance to each of the car parks – which you will pass on your return to you car from the airport terminal.
There are plenty of spaces available at the Land’s End airport, so pre-booking is not a necessity. Car parking charges are the same if booked in advance or paid on the day.
NEW! Electric car charging points at Land’s End Airport
Land’s End Airport have installed 5 Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points. Each point provides up to 7kW of charging power from a standard 32Amp, Type 2 socket (you will need your own charging lead) and are available for use by all café and airport visitors.
The charging points are located in the Main (North) Airport car park.
PRICES
The EV points are charges at 40p per kW.
There is no standing or idle charge.
Please note that your charging fare will need to be paid in addition to your car parking fare.

TRAVEL DELAYS AND DISRUPTIONS
Please remember, if you have booked your parking in advance and your travel has been disrupted, or you have extended your stay on the Isles of Scilly, you will need to pay at the pay stations or via the JustPark app for any additional parking time. Please note we are unable to refund car parking charges due to flight delays or cancellations
Disabled parking
Disabled parking is in both the south and north car parks. Spaces are allocated with a disabled parking sign and are approximately 50 meters from the terminal building. Please display your disabled car parking badge (Disabled parking is chargeable).

Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk and no liability is accepted for any loss or damage to the vehicle or contents or persons, however caused.
Car Park opening hours
Monday to Saturday, all year around expect Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The car parks open at 07:00 until half an hour after the last Skybus flight – when the gates are locked to ensure security. If you are not sure whether the car park will be open, please give Skybus a call on 01736 785231. There is also an out of hours number for emergencies on 01736 753129.

There are three payment machines. One can be located at the entrance/exit point of each car park. One is located opposite the baggage reclaim point and the other two are located at the entrance/exit points of each car park. All machines are sheltered, and payment is made by entering the vehicle registration and the system will then advise on the amount that is due.

How are parking charges calculated?
Pre-booked car park prices are calculated on a calendar day or part thereof. The number of days charged for when you pre-book is calculated on the basis of the times and dates you select when making your booking. For pre bookings, please use JustPark.
How do I know that my Booking has been placed?
Within 24 hours of placing your order on the Just Park App, you will receive an email with a booking reference number confirming all your details. How do I access the car parks?
When you arrive (or exit), the car park system will read your number plate details and register the amount of time you spend in the car park.

Parking at Exeter International Airport
Exeter Airport has four car parks available to Skybus Passengers:
- Car Park 1: Drop off / Pick up only (£1 minimum fee). Entry 50m from Terminal (not served by Shuttle bus)
- Car Park 2: Premium parking, 75m from Terminal, on approach road (not serviced by Shuttle bus)
- Car Park 3: 100m from Terminal on B3184, served by Shuttle Bus
- Car Park 4: Long Stay. Passengers flying from Exeter Airport with Skybus can receive a 10% discount when booking car parking on the Exeter Airport website. See our Exeter perks page for full details.
Skybus passengers delayed on their return to Exeter Airport will not be charged extra at the airport car park. Please report to car park 2 on your return.
Parking at Newquay Airport
Cornwall Airport Newquay has two car parks. If you’re departing, choose the West Car Park, to your right as you approach the terminal. The East Car Park serves arrivals and Car Hire Returns. Keep the ticket from the barrier safely with you; pay stations are in the Arrivals Hall and outside the main entrance to the West Car Park. Payment can be made by using cash, credit and debit cards before returning to your vehicle. Alternatively, you can buy car parking online, at least a day in advance, at www.cornwallairportnewquay.com. Both car parks at Newquay Airport have drop-off points and allow 10 minutes of free parking.
Fly + Sail
Parking
When travelling with a Fly+Sail ticket you will fly on board Skybus from Land’s End Airport to the Isles of Scilly, and return on board Scillonian III to Penzance.
Although you are travelling to the islands via Skybus from Land’s End Airport, parking at the airport is not suitable.
You can park in Penzance and book our bus transfer, with perfectly timed departures from Penzance train station, to take you to the airport. The transfer takes around 20 minutes, and is timed to coincide perfectly with your flight.
PARKING IN PENZANCE
For Fly+Sail passengers, we suggest parking in one of Cornwall Council’s car parks. There are a couple of options that are both less than 800m (half a mile) from the quay.

PENZANCE TO LAND’S END TRANSFER
Once you have parked your car, make your way down to Penzance train station where the airport shuttle will be waiting to take you to the airport for your flight.
After you have returned on Scillonian III, you will already be in right place to collect your car.

Sail on board Scillonian III to Penzance > Collect you car from your chosen Penzance car park
